Entry-Level Positions for Students and Recent Graduates
Army Contracting Command’s (ACC) Pathways Internship Program offers challenging job opportunities with great career advancement potential in acquisition and procurement as well as in other career fields. ACC Pathways offers three programs:
- Internship Program: This program replaces the Student Career Experience Program (SCEP), and Temporary Employment Program (STEP). The program is designed for current students enrolled in a wide variety of educational institutions, from high school to graduate level opportunities to work in agencies and explore Federal careers while still in school.
- The Recent Graduates Program: Provides developmental experiences in the Federal Government intended to promote possible careers in the civil service to individuals who have recently graduated from qualifying educational institutions. Applicants must apply within two years of degree completion (except for veterans which have six years after degree completion. Successful applicants are placed in a dynamic, developmental program with the potential to lead to a civil service career in the Federal Government.
- The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program: The Federal Government's premier leadership development program is a program at the entry-level for advanced degree candidates (e.g.; masters or professional degree). The Program attracts and selects from among the best candidates and is designed to develop a cadre of potential Federal Government leaders.
