About the Position:
The incumbent performs technician work that supports the management and oversight of the procurement of supplies, services and construction for the Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Sill, OK (MICC-Sill).

About the Surrounding Area:

This position is located in Southwest Oklahoma and historic Fort Sill. Lawton/Fort Sill is surrounded by a national treasure, the Wichita Wildlife Refuge. There are thousands of acres for hiking and open ranges for buffalo, elk, longhorn and other wildlife.  Lawton/Fort Sill is just 50 minutes from Oklahoma City and about three hours from Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. Lawton provides excellent dinning and shopping opportunities with a small town atmosphere.

    • Generate and prepare reports utilizing office automation software
    • Enter, search for, edit, and extract data and information using automated systems
    • Serve as timekeeper for the office
    • Serve as Government Purchase Card (GPC) program cardholder
    • Liaison for civilian personnel actions
    • Assist with travel arrangements
    • Serve as Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) office representative
    • Perform record management and clerical support
    • Monitor, review and identify trends, discrepancies, and problem areas tied to office metrics which require further review by management
