About the Position:
The US Army Contracting Command provides global contracting support to war-fighters through the full spectrum of military operations. Picatinny's location is ideal for a variety of leisure activities, including summer and winter sports. The site itself offers excellent recreational facilities, including an employees club, tennis courts, softball diamonds, soccer fields, 18-hole golf course, Water Park, and fitness center. Nearby NYC offers museums, theater, etc. Atlantic City is within driving distance, and professional sports fans will find the Giants, Jets, Devils, Rangers, Knicks, Nets, Mets, and Yankees.

- Current Department of Army Civilian Employees
- Reviews policies, regulations, directives, public laws and procedures relative to acquisition and contracting.
- Determines the need for new or revised local policies and procedures.
- Develops recommendations relative to acquisition and contracting practices and systemic improvements.
Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
